MEN WOMEN - BOTH!

It's been a while for women's day, but the same thought that comes to my mind each year, why do we need a women's day? why do we need a women's forum in corporate world? and and so on...

Little research and introspection got me here, our Scriptures have all answers! When Lord Brahma created humanity, He needed Manu and Satrupa both to begin creation. Not just Manu or just Satrupa. Both. Equally needed. Manu and Satrupa were different in gender, had different powers for completing same goal/ responsibility!

Gender equality, is that really the problem? No. Men and women are not equal. They were never meant to be. Each have different powers, each have there own limitations, each needs to be working together for success!!! BOTH need to be working together.

Then why do we need women's day? women's forums? and so on...

The answer is in finding the real problem. The problem is over a period of time, our very society forgot its very roots. We have less women in corporate world than men.

As per UN, World Population Prospects roughly men women population in world is same. Though men hold a slight lead with 102 men for 100 women (in 2015). More precisely, out of 1,000 people, 504 are men (50.4%) and 496 are women (49.6%).For every 100 girls, 107 boys are born, but males have a higher risk of dying than females, both in childhood and at adult ages.

So at a certain age, the numbers of men and women even out. In France this occurs at age 25 (in 2015). Beyond this age, women outnumber men and the numerical difference between the two sexes increases with age. In France, eight centenarians in ten are women (in 2015).

The problem being only the thought, that it's a men dominated world, the facts do not prove so!

Then, again, what is the real problem? The real problem is all about... "THINKING"! Yes "THINKING"! That, it's men dominated world. It's not! It never was,... and never will be, the nature needs BOTH. God needs BOTH, for his creation to sustain and be balanced. 

So, do we then not need women's forum? Do we not need women's day?  

I would say, we definitely need those, we need women forums in corporate world, we need women's day just as much as we need men's forums in corporate world, we need men's day as well!! WE NEED BOTH!!

We need BOTH, not 50-50 but 100-100, for the same sustainable goal! 

Men need women's forum as much as women need men's forum, to understand each other, to be more mutually respectful and considerate.

So all leaders out there, if you want to achieve your goals and want it to sustain, follow God's strategy!!!. You need BOTH!!!

Everything is as simple as nature! This concept too can be understood from the simplicity of nature!
